The hotel is conveniently located next to Tower Hill station, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Some rooms offer beautiful views of the Tower Bridge, creating a unique and memorable experience. Guests have praised the friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide excellent service. Additionally, the complimentary breakfasts have been appreciated by many guests.
One negative aspect mentioned by some guests is the lack of communication regarding the availability of certain facilities, such as the rooftop bar. This can be frustrating for guests who have paid for these amenities and expect to have access to them throughout their stay.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and while there were some good aspects, overall our experience was not great. On the positive side, we appreciated the cheese and wine board that was complementary in our room on arrival. The central location was also helpful for getting around the city during the busy festive season. The breakfast spread had a good variety including pastries and fruit.
Our stay was marred by a few negatives. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, not making us feel welcome at all.
